President's Welcome
Welcome to the website of the Cal Berkeley Democrats! With a new school year upon us, now's the chance to really gear up for the 2008 presidential primaries, and we want YOU to come along for the ride! There's no better time than now to get involved and help us put a Democrat in the White House in 2008! This year in Cal Dems, we'll be registering voters, working alongside campaigns, educating the campus community, and talking about the issues that are most important to Democratic voters. All you have to do to get in on the action is come out to our meetings every Thursday at 7 pm! Another great way to stick it to the man is by writing for our blog or for our magazine, Smart Ass. Cal Dems is a great place to make friends, talk politics, and become part of a campus community of politically active and motivated Cal students.
