Policy, Values, & Communication Committee (PVC)What is it?The Policy, Values, and Communication Committee will examine policy issues through the lens of progressive values, and explore how best to articulate positions and values as a coherent Democratic message in the current political and media context. Ongoing projects will include educating the club and campus on various issues by presenting at club meetings, contributing to the Cal Dems blog, and writing articles for Smart Ass. Weekly committee meetings will include trainings, discussion, and project planning. Come ready to listen, read, think, talk, write, and learn! Who should join?Anyone interested in discussing and communicating Democratic policies and values. When are meetings?Staring on September 12, the committee will meet every Wednesday at 7:00pm in 115 Barrows. Meetings will generally last about an hour. Stop on by!
